Beach Cities Tax & Accounting Corp. was established in 1997 by Monique Wright, CPA who acquired the business from a long-time South Bay accountant John Kanuit, for whom she worked after graduating with a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Since then, the business has expanded with a growing and diverse clientele. Not only has the client list grown, but our capabilities have expanded as well. As of today, Beach Cities Tax & Accounting Corp. operates on a wireless network, integrating the latest tax software and a friendly service to give our clients the best accounting solutions available.

At our company, we utilize the most up-to-date software to cater to our diverse group of clients. By using these tools, we can very efficiently generate financial statements, keep track of bookkeeping, print payroll reports and checks, to name a few.
Individual and Corporate Taxation is another branch of our service. We use LaCerte for taxes, working compatibly with the information given, we are able to generate an accurate, cost-saving returns utilizing "e-file", which allows taxpayers to receive their IRS refund within days, not weeks.
Among our other services, we provide our clients with optional Payroll Services along with Bookkeeping. We also connect via the Electronic Federal Tax ® system to the IRS in order to pay Payroll Liabilities to ensure punctual & expedient reporting.
